Wie? Geht joggen oder spazieren, macht bei&nbsp;einem Online-Kurs mit&nbsp;oder versucht es mit einem YouTube-Video.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Nachrichten sind gut, aber die Menge macht\u2019s:<\/strong>&nbsp;Informiert bleiben ist wichtig. Aber checkt nicht die ganze Zeit den Newsblog. Mein Tipp: Orientiert euch an gepr\u00fcften Quellen und schaltet dann auch mal ab,&nbsp;denn irgendwann braucht man auch Zeit, um sich zu erholen und. &nbsp;runterzukommen.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Qualit\u00e4t nicht Quantit\u00e4t:<\/strong>&nbsp;Nicht nur in Kontakt bleiben, sondern jetzt ist es sogar m\u00f6glich, die Beziehungen vertiefen, wof\u00fcr ihr sonst vielleicht zu wenig Zeit ist. Im Gegensatz zum normalen Alltag,, kann die Zeit, die wir gerade haben, vor allem eine Beziehungszeit sein.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Denkt doch mal positiv:<\/strong>&nbsp;F\u00fchrt euch immer wieder vor Augen:&nbsp;Das ist zeitlich begrenzt, also nutzen wir die gewonnene Zeit.
